my tepache seemed to have grown a kahm yeast layer along the top. supposedly, it's not harmful, and can be scooped out and ignored.. but, others say that conditions in which kahm yeast grow are the same conditions that other dangerous microbes grow, so perhaps I'll just throw this batch out
